Absolutely! We have multiple resources available to help you learn how to use your concession rental. If you come to pickup at our office, we will give you live training from one of our OMG concessions experts. We also offer written instructional guides and videos on youtube. Rest assured, with OMG you will have the confidence and knowledge needed to use any of our concession equipment. Have more questions? Give us a call by clicking below.
It depends on how many people you plan on serving. OMG includes supplies for 50 servings with your rental fee. We also offer additional supplies for an additional cost. The only item OMG does not offer with our concession rentals is the ice for our Snow Cone machine rentals. There is no upper limit to how many supplies you can order from OMG. Yes! All of OMG’s concession rentals require power to operate. I most cases your standard 15 amp electrical outlet will work for our food equipment. Some of our concession packages require more than one outlet to operate. Always make sure to use a grounded outlet. If you are unsure if you home or rental space has adequate power, give us a call by clicking below and an OMG party specalist will discuss your power options.
