Cancellations & Deposits


A 1/3 non-refundable deposit is required for all reservations. Inventory is being reserved for your event that would otherwise be rented to others. It is your responsibility to have an indoor option or other alternative location for your event in the case of weather related issues. Rain Checks will be provided for events cancelled pursuant to the policies below.

Inflatable Cancellations

If is forecasting a 40% or greater chance of rain on the day of your event, you may elect to cancel your order with 24 hours prior notice. This policy does not apply to photo booths, game trucks, casino games or entertainers. OMG will provide a rain check for the amount of your deposit to be used on a future date for any item you choose to order. Should you be unable to use this rain check, we can provide a transferable gift certificate which can be donated to a school, charity, or given as a gift.

Inflatables cannot be operated in rain, lightning or high winds. OMG’s desire is that all of our customers have full use and safe enjoyment of their inflatable rental. Unfortunately, once our delivery has arrived at your event, all the costs of providing a clean and sanitized inflatable have been incurred. OMG cannot provide refunds for limited or no use due to weather. Please make your weather related cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your event. OMG shall have the sole and unilateral right to cancel deliveries should the weather not be conducive for the set up and safe operation of your inflatable.

Other Cancellations

All other cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a rain check for your deposited amount. This 7-day provision applies to all game trucks, photo booths, casino, premium items, and entertainer rentals.
