To reserve, we require a 1/3 non-refundable deposit. For Deliveries and Video Game Truck rentals, you must call in. The outstanding amounts due are payable upon pickup at our warehouse or delivery to your event. Deposits are non-refundable as our inventory has been reserved specifically for you.
It is your responsibility to have an indoor option for your event. If you cancel 24 hours in advance of your contracted event based upon projected rain probability of 40% or more according to www.weather.com, OMG will provide a rain check for the amount of your deposit. This does not apply to video game trucks, photo booths, premium items, casino rentals or entertainers. These items require 7 days notice of cancellation. Should you be unable to use this rain check, we can provide a transferable gift certificate which can be donated to the charity of your choice or given as a gift to others. All other cancellations must be done at least 72-hours in advance or deposit shall be forfeited.
Inclement Weather – Inflatables cannot be operated in rain or high wind. OMG cannot assume weather related risks. OMG’s desire is that all of our customers have full use and safe enjoyment of their inflatable rental. Unfortunately, once our delivery has arrived at your event, all the costs of providing a clean and sanitized inflatable have been incurred. OMG cannot provide refunds for limited or no use due to weather. Please make your weather related cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your event.
OMG shall have the sole and unilateral right to cancel deliveries should the weather not be conducive for the set up and safe operation of your inflatable.
We are a warehouse and not a retail outlet. Our staff leaves for deliveries and events. Therefore, our staffing for customer pick ups is limited to set hours on weekends. See the chart below for available pickup times on weekends. During weekdays & off-season, pickup and return times are coordinated with the warehouse manager. Should you have a weekday pickup, we will place the warehouse managers contact info in the note section of your contract and he will coordinate with you.

Our inflatable deliveries include 6-hours of use. Additional time, overnights, or multiple day rentals can be arranged by your OMG representative. Delivery times change with the seasons (and sunrise/sunset). See the chart below which applies to our primary delivery areas (within a 20 minute drive of either warehouse). Outlying areas may have earlier pickup times.

We typically limit deliveries to 25 miles from our Willoughby Warehouse. However, larger events and unique situations often enable us to broaden that radius.
Primary markets include all of Cuyahoga and Lake Counies along with the Norther half of Geauga County and include: are All Bainbridge, Beachwood, Bedford, Brecksville, Broadview Heights, Brooklyn, Chagrin Falls, Chesterland, Cleveland Heights, Cuyahoga Heights, Garfield Heights, Gates Mills, Independence, Lyndhurst, Maple Heights, Mayfield Heights, Novelty, Parma, Pepper Pike, Richmond Heights, Shaker Heights, South Euclid, South Russell, Willoughby, Willowick, Solon, Eastlake, Berea, Brookpark, Cleveland, East Cleveland, Columbia Station, Fairview Park, Hiram, Highland Heights, Lakewood, Middleburg Heights, North Olmsted, North Royalton, Olmsted Falls, Rocky River, & Westlake.
Customers having parties in public parks must acquire our damage waiver and additional liability insurance. The cost is $35. Park customers must have a 2-hour window where they will be at the park for both the delivery and pickup. All rentals to public parks must be completed no later than 7:00pm between Memorial Day and July 31st.
There will be a $65 delivery/set-up/tear-down charge for each item ordered. These charges include a 25-mile delivery range from our Willoughby warehouse. Additional mileage is charged at a rate of $3 per mile.
When available, you can increase your rental period of delivered items at the rate of $10/hour(excluding premium items) provided the extended time is consistent with OMG’s hours of operation in your area. Later ending times can be attained through overnight rentals. Standard Bouncers are $35 overnight and all other inflatable items have a $50 overnight fee. Discounted pricing for multiple items or days are provided on a customized basis by speaking with an OMG representative.
Yes! We carry 2 million dollars of liability insurance and all of our inflatables are inspected and licensed. We take safety very seriously and offer safety courses to all of our employees.
For $35, we can provide you with additional insurance coverages. This coverage will add you to our liability insurance as an additional insured and provide you with a damage waiver for incidental damage that may happen during your event. This coverage is mandatory for all inflatables located in public parks and does not cover misuse, abuse, or negligence.

We make every effort to accommodate requests from qualified 503 (c) charities, yet we are extremely limited on inventory on weekends.
